I began my journey into the world of events in 2007. I later moved to the GTA, and it was in Toronto that I began branching into the world of corporate functions and weddings. In early 2009 I established my events firm.
From large-scale festivals and concerts, to global leadership summits and international event coordination, this industry has taken me around the world and back.
Weddings are a real love of mine. An artist at heart with a compulsive need to be organized and tactical, it just works. I LOVE talking with couples, and turning the ideas they have in their heads into a reality in front of their eyes, on one of the most important days of their lives!

Using strong marketing and strategic methods, as well as tactical and logistical planning to drive business forward.
I find purpose in seeing organizations I represent propel forward using innovative ideas.
Whether it's working on corporate events, or corporate consulting, it is my pleasure and goal to be a part of something larger than myself.
I am a strong supporter of causes related to homelessness, child welfare, vaccine and birth control availability, and agricultural biotechnology.
In my spare time, you can find me on our farm with my husband and three beautiful kids, on stage with our church's music team, writing for blogs like Scary Mommy, poorly golfing, and boating off the shores of Lake Huron at our cottage in Port Franks.
Jess has been an Indigo Events team member since 2015, however she has been working in the industry since 2012.
One of the friendliest and funniest people you will meet, Jess has an amazing skill of drawing couples to her. She has a wonderful ability to anticipate things thanks to quick thinking and keen observation skills. Something about your wedding was just taken care of, but you didn't even know it was an issue to begin with. That's the mark of a coordinator with a stress-free policy.
Her favourite part about working weddings?
Having the privilege of being part of the most important days of her couple's lives.
Hey there, I'm Rebecca!
l attended Fanshawe College for Special Events Planning with dreams of making my way in the wedding world.
There's so many wonderful parts to a wedding, but I think my favourite has to be the ceremony. The anticipation for the grand entrance as the processional makes their way down theaisle, the look the couple shares as they finally get to see each other, the vows they've poured their hearts into, and the magical first kiss as a married couple.
A wedding is such a memorable milestone in a couples story, and to have the opportunity to help make someone's dreams become a reality on one of the most important days of their lives is an exciting honour.
Hi I’m Sabrina!
I graduated from the Special Events Planning program at Fanshawe College where I fell in love with weddings and making the day people dream about become a reality.
To see couples faces when they first see each other (which, in my opinion, is hands down the best part of a wedding), to seeing their faces at the end of the day when their wedding goes exactly as they envisioned, there’s no way I could ever imagine doing anything else!
Every couple deserves the perfect “I do” day and it is a privilege to be apart of that.
