Wow.. Alicia was a LIFE SAVER in the planning of our wedding. Extremely detail oriented, meticulous, tireless - literally did not miss a single beat in the months and days leading up to our wedding, which made the actual day seamless and super enjoyable for myself, the wedding party and ALL of our guests. She also did the florals (dried) and decor, including bouquets, boutonniere and flower crown. She provided incredible value for the services provided and I would recommend her a million times over!

Hiring Alicia has been the smartest, best decision in my wedding planning process. She is phenomenal! At our consult she absolutely blew us away with her knowledge, suggestions, and budget saving tips. At each one of our meetings, my fiancé and I have walked away even more excited for our wedding. She has so many amazing ideas, including lots of stuff we would've never considered on our own. When talking decor, she was so excited to hear our design ideas and the vibe we wanted. When we mentioned we'd like some subtle/classy Harry Potter nods in our decor, she was enthusiastic and able to include it. When we received our design lead documents, I was blown away at the amount of detail she put in. She's clearly someone who knows how to channel a client's vision! She even offered to let us use her land for photos since our venue is close by. Not only is she super knowledgable and going above and beyond for us, but she is so kind, friendly, and personable. Where to even start with Alicia & Indigo Events... or as I refer to her as - my Wedding Fairy Godmother because she made my wedding dreams come true!
I'm not sure how I ever would have planned my wedding if it hadn't been for Indigo Events. Alicia had everything planned out to the minute but she did so in a way without stressing my husband or I out. She would communicate to our vendors for us, have monthly and then weekly meetings with us to ensure everything was prepared, and she even met with our parents to go over the expectations for the big day!
And then there was the wedding decor... just WOW! Alicia had decorated for my bridal shower (which was so beyond what I ever could have dreamed of) and my wedding was somehow even more beautiful. Tears were brought to my eyes when I stepped into my venue and saw all of the hard and beautiful work Alicia and her team had done. From the waterfall draping on the wooden beams to the smallest details such as signage, Alicia made sure every single corner was photo worthy.
And don't even get me started on the wedding flowers! I had a vision when it came to my wedding florals, and like everything else Alicia does, she turned that vision into an even better reality than I ever could have imagined.
On top of all this, Alicia and her team are truly just wonderful people. One of the reasons everything looks so beautiful is because they truly care about each and every bride and groom they work with. Our day-of coordinator (Becca) was with me every step of the way on the big day, making sure my dress looked fabulous before walking down the aisle, ensuring the DJ had the right music, setting up the dessert table while everyone else was dancing, and probably putting out fires that I didn't even know about because she's just that good.
Because of Indigo Events, I can honestly say my wedding was a dream come true and I would highly recommend this hard-working, kind, and honest group of people to anyone looking for help when it comes to their wedding or other events.

I really can’t say enough good things about Alicia and her team. She has created this amazing process to make your wedding planning experience so smooth. She does it when ease and confidence and never made me feel the stress of the planning.
We initially decided to get help with planning as we were having trouble with a few vendors, which Alicia quickly dealt with. Then we also ended up using their services for day of coordination, which was outstanding and smooth sailing. We also used her team for all the set up and tear down. This made our entire day about us, leaving us to enjoy our wedding.
She was so accommodating throughout the wedding day, making sure I was happy, sending me photos when she was setting up, made sure I ate dinner and had some drinks. She also reminded me to eat my darn cake! Haha I really felt she was there as a friend helping me!
